We accept all types of insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, Car insurance, Work Comp, and Private Insurance) and are "in network" with most private insurance companies including BCBS, United Health Care, Coventry, PHCS, and all Midland's Choice plans (Aetna, Cigna, Principal, etc). Most private insurance plans include chiropractic coverage as part of the major medical benefits. On your first visit to our office we will contact your insurance company and verify your benefits for you. If you would like you may fax us a copy of your insurance card and your benefits can be verified prior to your office visit.
